Job Responsibilities：

- Manage an external team and project outsourced in China;
- Manage aspects of game production with Executive Producer, including art, programming, design, scripting, audio, production testing, internal approvals, localization and archiving;
- Manage the scope and the orientation of the game under the leadership of the Executive producer;
- Establish and monitor production and development processes;
- Schedule regular meetings with the team to discuss project status, resolve issues and share information;
- Report to executive producer about the project status and propose solutions to correct/improve project planning, quality and cost;
- Ensure timely delivery of necessary assets for localization, manage the implementation of localized assets, and submit localized work to foreign partners;
- May be required to travel.

Required Skills:

- At least Master degree, computer sciences, business, Management or any project related education;
- 3+ year experiences in game company, have a solid understanding of the process of making games, including art, code and design pipelines;
- Shipped at least 1 title in a producer role，from concept through final;
- Knowledge of Graphic Tools like Photo shop, 3DS Max and Maya;
- Knowledge of programming skills(C, C++);
- Expertise using MS Office (Word, Excel, Project…etc.);
- Organized, creative and self-confident;
- Must be flexible with the ability to multi-task and to work well under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Excellent English and Mandarin, both in written and oral;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Have passion, knowledge and a strong interest in a wide range of video games.
